J. James Duggan

J. James Duggan is an experienced attorney practicing in the areas of taxation, probate, estate planning, real estate and corporate law. He holds an L.L.M. in Taxation Law from the University of Florida School of Law and a J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he served as the Articles Editor of the South Carolina Law Review.

Mr. Duggan received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from The Citadel, where he served as a member of the Honor Court and the Summerall Guards.

Christina Demos Wynn

​

Christina Demos Wynn is a Partner at Duggan Wynn Law Firm, LLC practicing in the area of Estate Planning and Probate.  She holds a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from Boston University (2015) and a Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law (2013).  Mrs. Wynn received an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the College of Charleston (2003) and a Masters in BioMedical Science, Neuroscience from the Medical University of South Carolina (2009). 

 

As a member of the Charleston County Bar Association and the SC Bar, Mrs. Wynn focuses her practice on Estate Planning and Trust and Estate Administration.  Christina and her husband, Baron have a daughter, Katherine and enjoy food and wine, traveling and music.  Having a penchant for music, she is also the Director of Music at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, a member of the Charleston Symphony Orchestra Chorus, Taylor Music Group and Taylor Festival Choir.

Shawn’s practice includes Business, Taxation, Estate Planning and Probate administration, for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. His experience includes corporate law, taxation, estate planning and probate, employee benefits and tax exempt organizations.
